I suppose I can take a bowl of veggies to hold me over until fruit season. 😉 I do love sun-dried tomatoes! I'm sure these were jam-packed with flavor, too. We're hoping for some better tomatoes in our garden this year, so maybe I can finally try these myself. 🍅
Bad year for growing last year? Here they expect another el nino so I hope the rest of my experiments work out. We'll see. Fruits always work it seems. Let's hope we all get an abundance of fresh homegrown fruits and veggies. Nothing beats their taste.
