Hello Steemians! This is my contribution for #fruitsandveggiesmonday initiated by our dear friend Lena @lenasveganliving.


~ Green Chard Leaves Stuffed With Tempeh And Veggies ~

Here is my recipe:



Ingredients:

  • Organic Tempeh
  • Red Pepper
  • Green Pepper
  • Shallot
  • Red Onion
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Nutritional Yeast
  • Portobello Mushrooms

Directions :
Filling:
1- I diced the tempeh, shallot, red onion, and peppers.
2- I Sautéed everything in a saucepan with the tomato sauce and the nutritional yeast, and let simmer for 15 minutes.
Garnish:
3- In another saucepan I cooked the portobellos mushrooms and two slices of onion.
4- I filled the chard leaves with the mixture and I put them over boiling water to steamed the leaves.
