That looks delicious and it is gluten free - such a bonus in a world where so many are sensitive to gluten!!

I am glad you like it. I don't eat much bread really unless I bake it myself. Today bakeries are really "health" conscious when it comes to the ingredients in their bread. So I make my own. And, it truly is easy to make. :)
