Sweet Summer Dessert ๐๐ฆ๐ช
For the past few sunny and warm days, my diet has included a lot of fresh fruits, cold beverages, and ice cream. Today, I want to share with you one of my favorite summer desserts. It's so simple and quick to throw together, but don't let it fool you, the taste is amazing! My boyfriend even said that this dessert reminds him of Ben and Jerry's, so I guess it was a nice compliment? ๐
Anyhow, all you need is plant-based vanilla ice cream, fresh strawberries and your favorite cookies.
Get your fresh strawberries from the garden, or from farmers' market
You can use any cookies you wish, but if you want to try these Fork Cookies, click here to get the simple recipe!
Dice your strawberries and split the cookies, then place everything in a bowl and enjoy your sweet summer dessert! ๐
