It is a pleasure to be here and today like every Monday, thanking @lenasveganliving for their wonderful initiative with the label #FruitsAndVeggiesMonday and today especially with a new label #makeit healthy today in my weekly delivery, today in the week #30, I bring you yucca with Venezuelan mincemeat, I hope you like it. Have a happy week.
Yucca with Venezuelan mince
Ingredients:
1.-Yucca
2.-Onion
3.-garlic joint
4.-chive
5.-tomato
6.-cilantro to taste
7.-soya sauce
8.-salt to taste
Preparation:
Boil the yucca steamed, wait for it to soften. While chopping the onion, tomato, garlic, cilantro and porro in small cubes, add the soy sauce and once the yucca is soft, strain it and place it on a plate with a pinch of salt, then add the mince.
In Venezuela it is a dish of the plains, very well known. You can have lunch or dinner with this delicacy.
