This salad is right up my street girl! Love it. Vibrant, flavoursome and so healthy. What a great market haul too. Those leafy greens are beautiful!
I couldn't help but take some extra photos. It's a good thing I make most of my meals at home since I've definitely become "that person" who photographs most of her food. I'm forever grateful for my fabulous farmers for putting the best food on the table I could ever ask for!
