Dietary Confusion keeps us down...

And so the dietary confusion continues..
Many individuals get so close to the truth, but close is not good enough if you wish to heal the root cause & fully restore your health....

And that's why we get so many people saying... "well this diet works for MY body... and guess every body is different...."

Well, no.

You just reduced some acid-forming foods... so you felt a little better... and that person did that in a different way... the overall solution is the same: REMOVE ACID-FORMING FOODS! 😀

And the program that gets the MOST results from EVERYONE is a raw fruitarian diet (no acid-forming foods at all)”.

Great point you're making there, a raw fruitarian diet is where we need to go if we want to experience living life on our optimal diet.
