You're right, people most times don't seem to understand, and why should they some would say. I've had severe depression for most of my life so I know how hard it can be, and the difficulties are as you've said. Sometimes it feels there is little to life but misery, and sometimes life is a joy, in between these two life is lived...
Depression indeed is real, as much as not many are willing to talk about it upfront, but it is real. Now with advancement of social media, thank God we can be more vulnerable or at least open and daring enough to share who we are or what we face. I hope you are better already.
