Marvin the poo ~ Day 71 freewrite
Hi Everyone!
Just a warning..this is not my usual style of a story........
This is my Day 71: Prompt: toothache

Marvin lay in his cold bed sweating......the sheets were wringing wet in the frozen house.
He had woken up from a toothache, knew he was going to be late getting to his appointment when he tried to get out of bed and he couldn't move.
The pain of his tooth was lost in the pain that jolted through him when he tried to move.........
His back had finally given out after all these years......
Now alone for the first time in his life, fucking Wifie taking all that wasn't her's........
He had no one to call for help...........so he found himself stuck in the middle of his bed........not able to move.........for hours it seemed he had been there........the only time he could get the pain under control was to NOT move..........
which did him no good........
Late last night, while on a call to his ex-wife, he had gotten so pissed he had thrown this phone across the room..........a thing he now regretted more than once this morning........
At one point he pissed all over the bed and then that started to freeze making him shiver. Each shiver sending new, fresh pain through his whole body..........
Moans and screams could be heard by some walking by the apartment.......some stopped and glance up but as people do.........they would shrug their shoulders, shake their heads and figure it was nothing to do with them.........pick up their phones and call someone............ they, for some reason, needed to not feel so alone.
Marvin pleaded finally with God that day when he could not take any more........it was 3 degrees out and being the cheapest of men had turned the heat down to 50 F last night.............

Poor Marvin, and you are so cold today just leaving him there like that. So you can be a bit of a bad girl when you want to be then huh, I never would have thunk it lol. 😮 🤔 😃

I was 70's but stayed away from the really bad stuff, I grew up more like "The Dukes of Hazard" or "Smokey and the Bandit" than anything else. I grew up thinking that you could and should really do those things with a car, it's a miracle that I lived through it.
I love the photo, now that brings back some interesting memories of days gone by!
it IS LOLLL early 80's and didn't everyone try and be the Dukes of hazard? :D there was a road by us called "Hogs Back" ......had a wicked S curve and then a HUGE drop down........of course you had to see how fast you could go through it all.......my brother ended up in a hospital one night.he was fine....some girl in the car hurt her neck a little but think she was more scared than anything.........cuz you had to do it at night or it really didn't count LOLLL
Absolutely, and if the police were chasing you then you did it with your lights off lol. I did some amazing but incredibly stupid things with my car, it is shocking to even look back on it now and realize that I really did that. When you are young and invincible you do some very foolish things, but we had fun while it lasted and thankfully no one got killed. There were some really nice cars destroyed and a few broken bones and banged up heads, but we survived.
yes! no one will see you with your lights off LOLL nor will YOU see anything either but really that's not even a thought LOLLL :D okay maybe a small one......
and my best car story was one summer.it was really hot out and I was driving with 2 girlfriends and we went to a few bars and drank for free........being a woman has a few perks loll on the way home we took the shortest way which was the highway........and there were 3 simi's all following each other.........I got in the middle and some how.......ended up doing 95 mph ......when we would get to another car we would all move over in unison and blow by the car.....then fan out and take over the road again.........we went by this rich guy in his fancy convertible and he had a hat on..........and it blew off after we blew through.........I never laughed so hard in my life! He was whipping us the bird....it was so funny......and nope never got pulled over LOLLL
There was a name for that, I want to say riding in the cradle but I'm not sure if that is correct. It was the idea of being accepted into a small convoy of trucks and being able to enjoy riding in their draft, you could drive faster and get better gas mileage. Back then if you knew how to drive and understood the rules of driving etiquette you could do things like that. I loved that hat by the way, but don't worry I'm not mean-spirited or vengeful lol. 😏

I would like to hear someone who witnessed one of my driving stunts tell the story from their perspective, I remember a lot of shocked faces and just getting out and acting like it was no big deal, I was cool and expressionless on the outside lol but on the inside I was like, did that really just happen. 😄👍😎

yes, much! Thank you!! still very tired but not brain tired :D and everything doesn't make me feel like crying today loll yes TMI I know ........but really don't care LOLL

TMI doesn't tend to bother me. I'd much rather have been there when someone wanted to say something than to have someone I care about feel alone and ignored.
Damn! I love your hair!! I know looks aren't supposed to matter and all but, you're so pretty! Even now, your hair is such a lovely dove white! I hope mine ends up that way. Women in my family tend to havd dishwater gray.
THANK YOU! :D and always remember and never forget to use shampoo for grey hair.......it strips the yellow out of it..........and I use it everytime I wash my hair even tho they say just a couple times a week.
and :D good cuz I don't really have a filter LOLLL never did.......
and now you made me watch this stupid video on makeup for old people loll
CUZ when your hair goes all white you have to change ALL your makeup to brighter colors!! if you try your same makeup you will lose your face......... :D
