The President has just addressed the nation and the issue of militancy in the oil rich Delta region of the country took the center stage during the national address. According to the President, the Federal government is going to unleash full military might if necessary on those vandals in the Delta, as they cannot allow them to continue undermining the progress of the nation because of their greedy and lustful quest.

Meanwhile somewhere in the creeks of the Delta, the man they call Black Pharaoh, the supreme commander of the Delta militants, after listening to the President talk, has sent for the Lords of different houses for an emergency meeting. During the meeting he told them that the President has insulted them all by calling them vandals and they are not going to let it slip.

The Black Pharaoh in his words said; "as I speak to you, we are already taking delivery of more sophisticated arms, and so prepare your boys because when they unleash their military, we shall unleash hell on them, we shall match them fire for fire and shall hold nothing back. We shall make the whole world understand that we are not vandals, we are men of honour, fighting a just course, fighting to protect our land and fighting for the control of the resources in our land. The whole world shall hear the roar of the Lion in the Delta.
