5 MINUTES FREEWRITE #WOOD

It was a Friday night, and with Fridays comes parties. My friend and I decided to organise a burn fire in a certain location, where we could just dance, drink and chill out. We had gathered woods to be set ablaze and awaited the arrival of some of the invited people. There was a sudden change in weather, everywhere suddenly became cold so we had to set fire to somee of the gathered woods to keep ourselves warm despite only few people present for the fire party.

When lots of people finally arrived and we began partying, the wood seemed not to be enough as the fire was dying down. This was because we had to burn some earlier than expected for warmth. The fire was the soul of the party an we couldn't let it dye out. My friend and I decided to go gather extra woods to fuel the fire. When we got back, we didn't see anyone there again but blood spilled all over the place. Seemed something terrible had happened. We had no other option than to run for our lives, for fear of the unknown.
