Day 141: 5 Minute Freewrite: Sunday - Prompt: the military

Here I go with my story.

She watched him as he marched from where she was seated in the bleachers. He looked dashing in his uniform, graceful in his stride and with precision followed the steps of the march.

Twirling his rifle with grace and precision who has done the military parade a hundred times. Like clockwork they go about the steps without missing a beat.

His handsome face is glistening with sweat and she can hear a couple of girls below remark how he looks like a movie star.

He is a monster she tells herself.

He came to her village and asked all the men to line up. With precision he asked two questions. If he didn't like the answer a bullet to the head was given.

He started asking his father those questions and she remembers running out to save him. She received a rifle butt to her stomach.

He barked some orders and she remembers being carried inside the house She remembers her blouse ripped off and his handsome face leering as he kisses her.

" You should have not done that. Now I have to punish you." he says as he started violating His face was glistening with sweat as he went in and out of her. She was numbed and could not react.

The parade was over and she saw him approach a woman down the bleachers. He hugged her and smiled. His smile disappeared when he saw her pull out an improvised gun.

She shot her in the head pointblank and then the world went black...
