like a rock or a fail that you learn the lesson from. the coffee on the mug the toast in the oven. oven belly of breakfast time. fast forward the holidays time to get grounded with a smell, an exercise, creative adventure, a craft or a moment alone in the forest amongst the trees, fresh snow, cold water and treats of nature saplings drying, brisk air chilling the chin hairs. oh the winter, oh the grounding, the need for meditation and stretching plus a dash of yoga, the need oh the need of wanting to be grounded, to face our fears, the fact, and reality, grounding comes with practice maturity and lots of time. listening to the plants, animals and all this is surrounding mankind. grounding like a freewrite as you spread your wings and use the magic electronic pencil. a new day approaches a new opportunity to stay grounded you may be pushed by never fallen for the surroundings of us all we always keep us standing.
