Weekend Freewrite (single option) - getting up...

Sam woke up at 11am or so. He had a headache and couldn't stand the light getting through the window. He walked out slowly, not happy with the pressure changes in his head.

In the kitchen there were dirty dishes in the sink and sauce stains on the bench and the fridge. What the hell happened last night? They were only supposed to be having a couple of friends from Uni over for pizza?

His housemate, Rob also walked out with nothing more than his boxers on. A huge grin on his face. "How are you feeling bro? Enjoyed hourself last night? I know I did!"
"What do you mean?"
A young girl that Rob recognized from Applied Physics lectures walked out in one of Robs shirts. "Hi there Sam!"
"Oh God Rob - can't you control yourself on a pizza night for God's Sake? We have exams coming up tomorrow."
"Don't you talk Mr Smartarse! You're the one who tucked into the Bacardi last night and passed out. Lucy's friend might have been interested in you but you upchucked."
At Sam horrified look Lucy pitched in - "Don't worry Sam. I cleaned it up."
"I'm so sorry Lucy. And I didn't mean to be disrespectful, this is Rob's house."
She laughed - "All good. Go have a shower and I'll clean up and make breakfast. Then the 3 of us can start swatting for Exams tomorrow."
Sam started to realize that maybe Rob was a very lucky guy...
