the Banana plant is so resourceful! I like to fry up plantains, Puerto Rican style - once to soften them up and then they get squished under something heavy and then back into the pan again to crisp up a bit more. Ill have to try coating them in flour next time for a different texture!

thanks for dropping by my post. I am pleased to see you given such a valuable input your way for cooking it. I normally take it after peeling off the skin and take the friend banana once a while only ( after peeling off the flour ) because it is too oily.
