I don't have the science at hand, but the last I heard regarding coffee's good effects on health was that "one cup is good (6 ounce), two is better, and three is ideal." So, I'm sticking with that :-)

My parents once sent me an article that said six cups had the greatest benefit.
And, of course, plenty of people on the other side of the issue.
