Prompt: Grief

A feeling that sticks to you like tar and consumes you like quicksand. It does not let go easily and it will take all your strength to get out of its hold.
Grief is something that you can get over, you should not give up. Just know that it won't be easy, it will take a lot of time and effort and maybe support from a friend or two. It is there and always has been.
Similar to a cave with no light, you may find yourself lost. Searching for that light you find yourself someone else that is deeper into the cave, in a situation similar to yours.
Reach out your hand and get out of that cave together, using each other as support, and in that process, you will find your way out. Some may make it out faster while others may be so close to the entrance of the cave but are having difficulty getting out.
If you know this feeling, you know how hard it is to get out of the grasp that grief can have over you, and so what you can do is help those who are new to it, help them understand and get out.
Be their torch and lead them.
