"Take a left at the third star."

This journey had taken far too long. The shuttlecraft was uncomfortable.

It was meant as a short term escape trip for one person.

Nevertheless they had shoved two people in there and created a rather cramped space.

Harold didn't mind.

He'd always been somewhat round and the butt of most of his friends jokes. He'd always watched them go out with the pretty girls while he stayed at home.

He wasn't exactly sure what had happened on the ship. All he knew was that he had been the only person to make it to the escape shuttle in time.

There was only one after all.

"I don't care if they shoot me...... no one else is getting the shuttle but me."

Just as the door was closing she appeared.

She was exactly the type of girl that Harold would have chosen if he had ever chosen a girl before.

He just turned 20 and she must have been about 18...... or so she appeared.

Bright red lips, a spotless face, and black hair braided in a ponytail that hung down to her buttocks.

Now he was stranded on this escape shuttle with the prettiest girl he thought he had ever seen.

Not such a bad situation to be in.........if it wasn't for the oxygen that was.

Harold programmed the controls to turn left, as he had been instructed to do.

He had to override the autopilot which was programmed to return the shuttle to its home planet of origin.

"Where are we going?" he gasped.

The oxygen was already running out.

"You'll see soon enough."

When they arrived on her home planet Harold couldn't believe his eyes.

Almost everyone on the planet was round like he was.

She was the odd man out. She was the one that was considered unusual.

As it turned out a very popular movie star looked almost exactly like Harold.

Here was a home he could live in.

Here was at home where he could finally feel important.
