It is Day 305 of the 5-Minute Freewrite Challenge, and today's prompt is tears.

When tears flow when you wake up in the morning.
Stress level is strong.
Anxiety kicks like non-stop.
Bothering you anytime unexpectedly
You try to do things that you need to do. You are distracted by the annoying obsessions you really never want to do.
At times, you can't help but cry.
Those tears can give a bit of relief.
But those anxieties won't really go away.
The skies are gloomy, it is raining.
Sadness kicks in.
Emotions are strong.
Remembering those people you loved who has passed.
They only brings so much tears.
Uncontrollable. You can't hardly put it off of you.
The gloomy season, anxieties, obsessions.
These can affect a person's emotional and mental state.
It's hard to bear, and words like "be positive" won't work.
Be sympathetic, and of course, understandable.
Because you have no idea how it feels having those thoughts on your mind.
They just come and go.
Sticking there even you want it to leave.
