Crazy: 5-Minute Freewrite Challenge
Weekend continues, and have a blessed Sunday everyone. Since it's weekend, there's a story prompt in this freewrite challenge by @mariannewest. However, I had chosen the single prompt because I am rushing things every Sunday. I had chosen this prompt "crazy".
There's a stigma for crazy people as well. that's the sad thing because these people needs help. Instead lending our hand to help, most people only laugh and ridicule them. They need help, and they need to be treated.
It is sad to see some crazy people walking in the streets. Their family has abandoned them. Instead of helping them and provide treatment, they were left alone even walking in the streets. Oh well, that's my thought about these mentally ill people.
Meanwhile, there are lots of songs with 'crazy' on it. Actually, this prompt reminded me of the hit song from more than a decade ago by Gnarls Barkley called "Crazy". Perhaps many of you liked that song. How about the more-than-2-decade old song by Aerosmith called "Crazy"? Well, it starred Alicia Silverstone in the video. Britney Spears sang "(You Drive Me) Crazy" which was a hit during her glory days. Another "crazy" song was from Seal, which was covered by Alanis Morissette.
I suggest you will use this app http://www.themostdangerouswritingapp.com/write.html on creating your freewrite. It improves your writing in a challenging way as it will delete your what you already written if you stopped typing in few seconds. It also keeps the ideas flowing in your brain that fast.

When I see "crazy" I often wonder what trauma happened in their life that got them there. good post
Thanks. Yeah, I actually knew some people who became "crazy" in psychological sense because of traumatic, depressive circumstances they had gone through, e.g., heartbreak.
I'm not sure how you would classify crazy in our world today, the people who are in positions of authority, or who are celebrities act crazier than most of those who I used to hear referred to as reality challenged or psychologically impared.
Psychologically impaired people are much more understandable, than those in the authority and celebrities who are sane but do crazy things. Unless, they have psychological disorders, then they would be understood.
I agree, instead of helping them to ease at least 1% of their condition, but they let it get even worst.
