Yesterday -5minutefreewrite
Just ask me for a pocket of Yestrday's ashes, and I'll know you're a demon.
I wanted to find a tomorrow that wasn't all wrapped up in today, but all I could find was a pocket of Yesterday's ashes
The first day of ever was a day without a Yesterday, but that didn't mean it could have a day to itself. It was busy and concerned with the doings of tomorrow, and now they're Yesterday's ashes.
The demon below and the demon inside and the demon around the block is the demon who knows what yesterday was and what to do with Yesterday's ashes.
Do walk in the garden. Do walk in the forest. Do great the great trees all around. If they burn or they grow or they churn or they know, they'll do it for Yesterday's ashes.
There's a little child who wants to know what to do with his pocket of filth. It looks like a nothing, and it gave him a nothing, and he's hungry and sick and so...can it help him, these Yesterday's ashes?
Yes, if you look close. Because even when everything's been burnt to a crisp, there's still a word here and there. These yesterday's ashes have yesterday's stories, and yesterday's stories tell tomorrow's fables, and what is tomorrow if not the next day's YESTERDAY'S ASHES?

Lovely, poetic, philosophical.
Always worth it to be read! What if linear time is an illusion?
