Oh.. I am glad you asked but I am a beginner in this long practices art of self healing practice.
But I am ok to give my understanding of "Qigong"
Briefly, qigong is a practice that if mastered the technique, it will help to rebuild your body resistance and getting better health.
There are many version of qigong include those screen in Kong Fu drama. But I am learning the "Zhineng Qigong" which focus on rebuild won body energy to improve self resistance to illness.
Well, I can give this level of brief explanation of Qigong. And I try to share what went on during the last two days qigong convention as suggested by frewritehouse
