What's qigong?

Oh.. I am glad you asked but I am a beginner in this long practices art of self healing practice.
But I am ok to give my understanding of "Qigong"
Briefly, qigong is a practice that if mastered the technique, it will help to rebuild your body resistance and getting better health.
There are many version of qigong include those screen in Kong Fu drama. But I am learning the "Zhineng Qigong" which focus on rebuild won body energy to improve self resistance to illness.
Well, I can give this level of brief explanation of Qigong. And I try to share what went on during the last two days qigong convention as suggested by frewritehouse

HI @freewritehouse , I am glad to share what has transpired in the two days convention. It ended smoothly today and no interruption hiccups. But there was a 20 minutes interruption in the hi-tech screen. fortunately, it happens during lunch hour. So no interruption to the presentation

Excellent!!! Do you practice Qigong every day? I only have done a little following a tape but it is such a good meditative movement - from what I know of it.

Good morning, I am pleased to know you do follow qigong on youtube. The session I learn is called "zhineng qigong" also available in yutube, but mostly in Chinese.
There are practicing center in country like Canada, Hawaii etc. You may be able to find their website in English if you do a google search for zhineng qigong

Qigong practice is like a routine morning walk in the park, it should be practiced every day. For me, I do almost every day and must need to be improved further in terms of effectiveness.
I will share more when the convention is over today.
