Mango lassi!

The tall, iridescent starfish ordered as if she were the only sentient being waiting to be served. It worked, in spite of the line of crustaceans waiting patiently before her to be seated, and the dozen or so krill, shrimp, and seahorses seated already.

"Within this moment, you shall have your drink madam!" Whisper-burbled the cuttlefish from behind an apron, then he regurgitated a mango lassi straight into her central orifice.

She left, satisfied, and all the shellfish that had hidden in the back rolled and crawled out of hiding.

"Thank goodness that murderer has finally left!" Said the one with the largest mussels.

There were no murmurs of assent, as the other sea creatures simply went back to their meals. A sea cucumber rippled towards the first and last meal it would ever be able to afford.
