That's just an apple, though it's meant to represent the pearapple from the story.

I cheated a little by just taking the name for a real equine, the Shetland pony, and making the unvocalized "t" a vocalized "d" and moving a vowel.
That is not called cheat. Is improvise. Just like improv. Tee hee
