Mice (5-minute Freewrite)

"Ssshhhh!" Tom whispered. "You wouldn't want the thief to see you. Stay in the dark," he continued.

"I just cant stand his gluttony look and gobble down all of our food," replied Susia. "How long more should we wait to fight him?"

"We are not trained enough. We need to plan the combat or else we will lose! And I am so scared I would die like our brother. He tried to get back our food and he was dead. Dead. You know. That rascal drowned our brother." said Teeny with tears rolling down.

"Here he goes again to the kitchen! He is going to finish all of our food," Susia got panic as she was the main person looking into stocking up their own kitchen.

"Just stay at the corner and watch first, we will attack him one day, alright!" Tom tried to convince Susia and Teeny.

They went to the corner, took out a piece of paper and started to brainstorm many plans to attack the thief who stole their food. Still lurking in the dark so that they would not be caught by him, they drew out map of the house. Suddenly they heard footsteps coming their way.

Dup! Dup! Dup! Dup!

"What are you children doing here?" Oh...it was their father.

"Er..hi, dad! We are planning ways to attack the thief. I mean...trust me, I know we can. Dad, he has stolen alot of our food. We can't just let him....," Tom replied the father.

"How many times do you need me to clarify? It ain't gonna happen! When will you wake up? You all are just mice! A bunch of mice! Like me and mom. We are the same. Mice! We. Are. Not. Human. for crying out loud! You can't even fight a cat, what makes you think you can fight with human? No more TV from now on!!!" their dad exclaimed furiously.
