A creature with absolute convictions.

Ahhh...I have seen a creature like that. Not just a creature. Creatures to be precise. And they are close to my heart. They are none other than my boys.

Everyday, they have absolute convictions that they can do what adults do. Great! I admire their ability to think big. To believe everything is possible. The word 'impossible' never exists in their dictionary.

They are convicted that their double-decker is made of solid wood and can withstand them jumping and doing all sorts of Ninja Warrior. They firmly believed that they can mess up the house and that their loving mummy will not get upset. They truly convinced that they are human beings so powerful that they do not need to sleep.

They can build mountains out of clothes. They can build apartment out of slides. They are convicted, yes. Everything they could imagine can be materialised. Yes!

"I suggest you don't put the slide like that, or you put the slide in such a way, but don't stand on it. The clothes and pillow everything are not solid ground," I suggested kindly, knowing they didn't like the tone of reprimand.

With bold confidence and absolute conviction, my eldest son replied.
"No, mummy, you just don't know, we are building big thing here. The slide won't fall. I could stand on it like a hero."

"Welp...."

Then... BOOM...crash...

The piles of clothes and pillow and bolsters gave way and the slide, together with the hero, all fell down to the floor.
