Peanut Butter, Wells, and various Whatchamacallits.steemCreated with Sketch.

I think it's been a bit too long since I've had a freewrite, so I'll start with one now. For those unfamiliar with my freewrites, they're very stream-of-consciousness style, mostly to let my personality shine through more strongly than in a simple piece of writing with corrections and actuall thought-about ideas. Most of what I type comes into my head as I type that sentence.

It can make things a little incomprehensible. But my inner personality is pretty incomprehensible as well, so I suppose it's fitting.

So... what should we write about today. crickets. Alright then, crickets sounds like a great idea. No wait, that would likely be rather boring. (For those who didn't realize, that was a reference to @nonameslefttouse . Sorry Not actually sorry.)

Well. I suppose we could talk about wells. They contain water, unless they don't. And then they're not really very effective as wells. as well. well, that was a terrible pun, though most on-the-spot-puns are. Can you even use hyphens between four words? Well, obviously you can, but should you?

I suppose that's really up to you. I think I say "well" too often to effectively write about wells. At least without sounding too corny.

Ooh, corn! That's a good topic, isn't it? And it's not like that ever hit the trending page before.

Ok, I seriously need to stop with these inside jokes, even if they are "inside" for most of steemit. Peanut butter, anyone?

But seriously, peanut butter is delicious. For those who can't have it, I apologize for the misery in your life. I commiserate, I really do. But at least you're not as sad as those who can't have chocolate!

Wait, some people can't have peanut butter or chocolate? How do they even survive?!! Life without the internet or phones would be all well and good, I could manage without food, water, random internet articles, and even other people. Especially some of the people I know. Almost anything, yes, but no chocolate or peanut butter? That's a sad, sad existence.

Well (Arghh! I have to stop that), I probably can't manage without books. I suppose there are a few things which I can't survive without. I mean.

Yeah, that sentence was it. I mean. You mean, or you nice?

Simple person, simple sentences. I must attempt to lower my standardificationamajiggies and high vocabularitinary, and made up, fake-sounding words.

No, I'm not really sure where I was going with that. I never really am. I should however, attempt to start writing in some logical form before someone notices that nothing I've written makes any sense. Oops.

Notice that I didn't set a time limit on that anything I've written thingie. I really need to stop using word thingies like thingy. Hmm, apparently it's actually a real word when spelled with a 'y' or 'ie' for a plural, just not with an 'ie' for a singular.

Who even decided that rule? And didn't they feel at least completely ridiculous? (at least completely ridiculous- when you change what you plan on saying mid-sentence)

"Ok, people. When saying "thingy," people have to spell it with a 'y,' however the plural form will be 'ies.' Rules people, we need rules! All these ridiculous mundane masses saying thingy without even a proper form to spell it."

Yes, there are actual meeting to decide how to spell made-up words. I've attended a few. The 'thingamabobber' was really exciting, the 'thingamajiggy' a drop less so. But the 'whatchamacallit?' that was amazing. There were professors standing up on chairs, screaming, yelling, waving archaic texts: "And King David spoke thusly: 'whachamaclit.' no 't' and 1 'l' people, it's obvious! And you call yourself a professor?!! Hand in that Phd!"

Ok, now I'm going to look it up and find out that there are actual meetings to decide how to spell made-up words. Oops, I probably shouldn't mock.

But I must! For what would life be without mockery? Well, probably a lot more manageable, at that, but who cares about that?!!

Ok, I think I've reached the peak of incomprehensibilitinationality. Or something like that.

-Hyperbole out.

Random Words under post: As per usual, this was written freewrite-style, with nothing corrected more than 3 seconds after being typed (sorry, that's just instinctive). All pictures courtesy of pixabay, added afterwards for extra effect.
