Lovely collar, beautiful face
Calmly seated, full of grace
The church moved today, tongues speaking
Though I've dreamt of it
On the ceiling hanged him, the next day.

Time wouldn't permit to comfort
Days of unending sorrows
All advice, words has failed
Still, Sophia wouldn't be comforted
The next day came, hanging from the ceiling.

Stand your ground O soldiers
Left, right, left, right, march
To the war front, killing enemies
Matthew never liked this, we know
No ceiling here, poisoned himself.

Lovers were they, known on campus
Jilted, heart broken, about to wed
Couldn't hide the shame, wrote a note
Walked to a room, tied a rope
To the ceiling, down to hell she goes.

Saul, Judas, Samson, just a few
Ending there life to save shame
Immortalising there weakness, forever
Why take a life you didn't create.
