Stone Rose! 5 minute Freewrite

Prompt: Stone Rose.

Today's story is the continuation of yesterday's freewrite Metal Butterfly.

The awards ceremony of the beauty pageant turned out to be a success. All the girls were happy to have participated in the event.

On that day as planned, the organizers of the beauty contest rewarded the participants with a visit to an old monastery.

On the day of the visit, the entire group formed by the participants and organizers boarded a special bus that took them to the place. As they approached the monastery they saw a dreary building that radiates serenity and sweetness.

When descending from the bus they immediately went to the area of ​​the gardens of the convent, in which a corridor with stone columns dressed in ivy captivated their senses, singing birds with their sweet trill gave a magic touch to the moment.

At the end of the corridor a rose garden attached to some columns gave the room a special aroma. Rose was fascinated by the charm of the place.

As a surprise, she discovered at one end of the building, a flowerpot with stone roses that provided a temporary sense of the passage of time.

She appreciated the moment as she would have unforgettable memories of this visit for her entire life.
