No added sugar! A fiction
Dear friends
I am pleased to participate in the daily challenge of @mariannewest, Monday's message: no added sugar. Continuing with Mary's adventures, when she goes to consult the doctor, this visit changes her diet.
One of Mary's daily concerns is maintaining a balanced diet. Although always after lunch she has become accustomed to drinking coffee with sugar. This has led her to consume too much sugar.
As the company routinely requires a health examination, after performing the laboratory tests, the results showed high blood sugar levels.
When she took them to the doctor, he recommended changing her diet, and from now on she only had to consume products that had the label "no added sugar".
Of course, this will be a new sacrifice for her, since she won't be able to consume the butter cookies she loves so much.

Poor Mary. But she'll soon find, after a month of eating far less sugar, that those cookies are far too sweet.
Her hips will also thank her for not adding excess stress to them!
It's amazing what little changes really make an impact!
