Creature! 5 minute Freewrite

After Frank agreed to participate in the national cooking contest he began to think about the dish to prepare and what would be the novelty that would contribute to his participation.
He always remembered the recipes given in his childhood by his grandmother and in particular those of baked pork.
To do this he had to thoroughly prepare a piece of pork by placing it in a spice bath and wine for two days.
In addition to the preparation should add a special filling consisting of nuts, apples and raisins.
Already the day of the contest would be presented with everything necessary. The organizers of the contest had assured him that he would have an already pre-heated oven in which he would put it into cooking.
The cooking time should be proportional to the weight of the piece, so it was estimated that the process would take about eight hours.
Once the pork was cooked, they would proceed to present it in individual dishes to be evaluated in the first instance by the jury.
Once this step was completed, they would serve this creature to be given the final verdict.
Everything was ready, Frank distraught awaited the moment of the event.
