5 Minute Freewrite Challenge: Dew by @mariannewest
Kudos to @mariannewest and team for initialising this challenge
I was about to skip this challenge when I saw the "Dew" .. a nocturnal owl like me don't get much chance to see it .. especially when living in a concrete jungle like Singapore. But the moment I saw the word "Poetry" all adrenaline just flush thru my body .. I'm a junkie for cheesy poetry so here it is .. my shot at the challenge
PS: This intro was done after poem was created .. done in 5min.

Dew,
Stars that descended on the fields
To mark a day anew
The bestie of the mist and the morning chill
Dew
A gift from from Nature
But the city just have too few
Cos they don't stick with concrete structure
Dew
Such a beautiful sight
Folks who see it feel renewed
Rested from slumber of the night
