The statue towered over the courtyard, imposing, threatening, but those characteristics inspired different things in the people around. She was nervous, for as much as she trusted her goddess, the stone figure represented pure raw power, and that made the townsfolk bold, made them trust in their might. And she was here as a foreigner who represented the being that was opposite to the warrior’s god philosophy.

Where he was hammer, her lady was bow, where he was might, she was thought.
