Empireror

Some people decide at some point in their lives what they want to do and hold to that regardless of the way the tornadoes are blowing on a given day. Jack decided he wanted to rule everything because, as he said, "The people that have been doing it for a long time have gotten us to where we are and they are doing a piss-poor job of it."
So - he decided that the world should be his Empire - The Empire of Jack. He started by getting an MBA to learn how to make money, since that's the obvious source of the root of most power. He figured it would also shape him so he could not care about people of individuals and just be concerned about the making of money. He credited this shaping of his perspective and soul for his future success in making money/power to bribe/intimidate/eliminate whatever seemed to be a nucence stopping the first coming of the Emperor of Jack - the Builder - or the New Empireror.
(He that about getting genetic dragons, but he saw the History of Westeros and decided that that approach might be flawed.)
