Often the heat of all the lava found under the molten mountain moves the plates of the earth, so the landslides in the mines are constant, making the profession of the Kobold Miners one of the most dangerous of all Splinterlands.

The small miners not only have to face the telluric movements, but they must also constantly deal with snakes and fire beetles, fortunately, thanks to their size and speed they manage to slip away and hit the engenders of the flame from the rear, managing to escape from these dangers almost always, almost...

The language of the kobolds is intelligible to us, yet if we use a little common sense (and imagination), we can deduce the miners' conversation that day:

"Companions, brothers. There is no greater honor than to serve the torch by finding for it the most precious stones and metals that these burning lands can give us. However," continued the kobold in its jargon, "We are far from reaching the minimum quota for the month. The last collapses and confrontations with the bugs have taken away very valuable time from us that we can only recover by redoubling our workdays".

A loud explosion inside the tunnels interrupted the speech, suddenly dozens of fire beetles came out of the mine. The kobolds observed for the first time in the sunlight the beauty of the shells, they have a flame that never goes out, no doubt they would please the torch. And that day there was a massacre
