The court room was jam packed that day, the last hearing was a house of commotion mixed with comedy, the divorce hearing of Mr and Mrs Brainworthy is here again and the judges have heard enough of the couples accusations.

Everyone rose up, a sign of reference to the mighty judge preciding over the case.

The judges beckoned on the house to have there sit.

Then the hearing continue, a minute of the last court battle and the outcome, with the decision of the court to adjourn the hearing.

The defendant was told to give his case.

"My Lord " he coughed

"we all know that this case has been on for so long, my client can no more take this humiliation anymore, he wants to keep this marriage." the court murmured a little.

"Objection my Lord" the plaintiff quipped back.

The judge motioned him to come in.

"my client, my client is asking this court to dissolve this union because of the marital abuse that she can't take anymore "

"what marital abuse are we talking about here" said the defendant

"she said she feels uncomfortable with the marriage " the plaintiff cried out

"let her speak for herself " the defendant shouted back.

Mrs Brainworthy can you please step here and give us an account of what you husband has done once again.

"My Lord, My husband no more takes care of me anymore"

"in terms of what, we all know there are different types of care" the defendant asked.

"Emotional care my Lord" she said bodly.

The whole court room burst into a kind of frenzy.

"My husband no more gives me an affection as a woman " she said, trying to fake a cry.

The plaintiff, turning to the husband asked why did he do that, trying all he could with his voice to generate enough sympathy for the poor woman.

"my Lord, for the past 8 months I've noticed that whenever I tried making love to my wife she always sleeps like a log of wood, uninterested" he counter attacked.

"how can I be sleeping with you when you thing is too small" she shouted back.

The whole burst into wildness.

It's a known fact that Mrs Brainworthy takes the Bible Study in the church. With most of the church members in court that day all looking to there bewilderment.

"my Lord, please does that mean my wife should be sleeping around ?. " the husband begged.

"that is a big lie " she shouted back.

"it's the truth my Lord" he said, bowing down his head in sadness.

That been said was enough for my mum to walk us out of the court room that day, we later heard that the marriage was dissolved. The children was put in custody of the wife.
