If you'll permit me, I am going to challenge myself to stay in the same story for all the 5-minute Freewrite Prompts for the month of February! Let's see how this turns out...
The door swung open, revealing a gorgeous young woman in her bra and panties. Felix fumbled the pyramid of styrofoam containers and almost replayed the whole dinner table scene. Her hair was wet and a strand clung to the side of her porcelain cheek. Otherwise, he thought, she was perfect.
Standing this close to Ilana, and exposed as she was, Felix could see every curve and dimple of her form.
Standing this close to Felix, and exposed as she was, Ilana could sense every nerve and fiber of her being thrum.
"What are you doing here," she said. Her scold sliced through him like a knife eviscerating a tender steak.
He flinched, and looked down. His arms extended with the peace offering. As Ilana took the scene in, she had a slight change of heart. He was kind of cute.
A mischievous grin spread across her face. 'Why let a surprise guest and a good room go to waste,' she wondered. 'Mom and Dad will never believe how we met.'

Oh but @wandrnrose - we are nearing the end of this tale! I've been using the 5-Minute Freewrite prompts for the entire month of February to weave one long, consistent story. I hope you take a moment to go back and enjoy the other posts too. Thanks for all your support and encouragement always!
