Make sure you are performing your tasks at work at 100% capacity today. Whether that means cleaning your home, making phone calls to check on jobs, meditations and mindfulness exercises, or your work and at home life. Perform to your 100% full potential. Always think.. "Would I eat off that counter?", "How would I expect to be treated in that situation?", and "How can I improve myself in this situation?"
Make your work worth celebrating..., and then when your work day is over.. Celebrate as if today is a special occasion. Celebrate your work at the end of the day. Celebrate your achievements in your meditations and what ever it is you do today.
Don't throw a party or anything drastic. A simple glass of your favorite beverage or a slice of chocolate cake can be enough of a celebration.
