Hmm... haven't went lately in caves :-)) maybe next year
Many have heard me -Something that makes a sound or creates noise
But none have seen me -Unseen, so something without a physical form
I will not speak back - requiring a cause to be heard(1)
until spoken to. - The cause in line(3) being a user speaking
An unseen phenomenon brought about because of sound.

I think it will be 'Echo'
Because sound have not seen.. Echo is a reflection of sounds.. And in all places Echo can't be produce..when we are in front of a big wall or in a enclosed room, then the reflected sound forms 'Echo'.. Until we do different sound Echo' doesn't form automatically..
An echo. Because we hear it but we can't see, it calls when we call. We have to talk to form an echo.
