When i try to pass Germany this is where i end up .

As a person living in the Dutch tax farm i at least have no problems using cannabis sometimes .The Dutch law enforcement is very tolerant on it . Luckily they see alcohol as a bigger problem , they actually read statistics ;-) .
I know crossing the border is taking a risk , Dutch media even warns about it .
So when going on a survival road trip to Sweden i did not pack or take any cannabis whit me . For my own safety i have to respect laws in foreign country's . Me and my friend had nothing to hide ..... we thought .

At a tank-station near Neumünster we stopped for coffee and a driver swap . While standing next to our car a autobahn polizei car drove by , slowly , having much interest in us . Yeah we know , we got a cool old Honda , is what we thought .
When proceeding our trip we noticed the polizei car had bin waiting for us , it started to follow us . Only after 12.5 km they past us and ordered us to follow . Neumünster Polizei-Autobahnrevier, 24644, Krogaspe is the place they took us .
When later we asked why they did not hold us standing at the tank station , they denied being there , it must have bin other's .

When stopped at there home base , my friend who was driving was asked if he used cannabis the last 24 hours . He sad no , but was asked if he ever did , he honestly answered that question with yes . He was told they did not believe him and wanted him to take a drug thc test by pissing on a paper . No option was given to refuse that test . So he did hoping for the best . He tested positive on thc and was told that they had to take a blood test now to be sure . ( the piss test is not allowed in court , the cannabis can be taken 3 weeks before and still show up ) . Refusing the blood test would make them call a judge to have it don any way's . Results of the blood-test would take 6 weeks . Well no party but all well until then , take that blood and let us go then .

Nope , no freedom yet . The polizei gave a 24 hour no driving period to my friend and fined him 1300 euro for driving under influence of THC . If the blood-test comes out negative you can apply for a refund . Almost forced to pay on the spot , reasons like , if you not pay now we will never get it from you crossed the dump conversation where the angry polizei decided to call a drugs dog and all . To settle for peace we dropped 300 euro cash .

Wait for the dog , and if i wanted to drive , i to had to wait 24 hours to do so , or piss on a paper to ....... Sorry i only do my job i did not create the law was a stupid statement made by one of those cops . My answer : you never should have taken that kind of job , your statement contradicts you own mind , you enforce the law . It's even worse , i had hope for Germany to be way past that now . Your actions only create hate against your people . It would be like Dutch police stopping every German car , cause Germans love beer (alcohol) so much . Pointing at the grain fields surrounding us . Made the man feel a bit awkward . The only one i thanked openly and clear was the dog , for doing a great job ;-) .
We camped down at there front door for 24 hours , not being impressed by there existence and left as soon as we could again .

The loss of 1300 , cause blood-test probably will not be good ,made us shorten our trip . North Cape or Nordkapp, E69, Norway was a goal we could have reached if we weren't robed by Germany .
I know we where not the only ones that had this experience this summer , entering Denmark a lot of German cars where taken aside and controlled max . We where somehow more welcome .
It crossed our mind , getting even would be easy , the 1300 could be compensated by demolishing German cars on a visit ( holiday ) in Zandfoort the Netherlands . Not something i would do but i understand if others will do .
Autobahn polizei only creates hate . by creating the criminal .

So much for that ONE Europa false thing . Borders are stupid ways to keep us separated .
I would love to here some other people's experiences on crossing borders thinking they are honest so safe people .
