Now there are increasing number of societies (cities and counties) that are experimenting with UBI to supplant the the current broken economic system.
So...does it mean everyone gets a basic income per month regardless of their work, status, color, creed, social standing? In theory, Yes!
Everyone gets a basic income and they are therefore incentivized to purchase the good and services produced by enterprises.
No, it is not a communist model because free enterprises are integral to this model of UBI.

I am not sure I can believe they would do it in the US, are you talking Venezuela ?
Because I'm a disabled iraq veteran and No one in twenty years has given me squat and I stood the front line for this country... I just can't see it happening.

We do not know if this will be rolled out but once it does become adopted in a particular country, it will very quickly be adopted by others.
