It's a great motto to have. Owning a house can be an asset but it can also be a huge burden. Especially when in the West, we get caught up in "Keeping up with the Joneses." This mentality has been constructed over decades, carefully built up by the banks and the media and can be a debilitating thing. Good on you Pepper
