Only two defendants have gone to trial the first ending in a mistrial. The second is now delayed by the judge because the corrupt DA is getting booted out of office.
So its the defendants fault the DA is a known coke fiend and under investigation by the FBI for corruption?
This circus has been a sham since day one. How much is it costing these guys to defend themselves while the prosecution (and now judge) drags it feet?
If the judge doesn't have enough confidence in the DA office to prosecute they should dismiss all the charges.
Shameful.

Absolutely. The real kick in the nuts is some of these guys were charged with man slaughter for “instigating the riot” that caused the cops to shoot everybody. Meaning you could get charged for the cops shooting your friends. How that for justice?
