how about it cost me steem for every resteem and the steem is distributed to all my followers who agree to see my resteems on their feed
for SP, it could be every resteem burns 1 steem from my wallet
Interesting idea. Would it stop the resteems if your wallet was empty? I think in some ways this is like an advertising fee.
