DEMYSTIFYING THE BLOCKCHAIN EVENT A GREAT SUCCESS
Yesterday I put on a free seminar for delegates on Blockchain, Steemit, Bitcoin and many other of the important implications of this new technology. The crowd was a mix of complete newbies and some more advanced users. We put on break out events and used discussions to enhance learning. The event was in collaboration with Future Leaders Club Everyone learned something new and many will have had their thoughts on Blockchain changed for ever (for the positive of course)
I want to thank @calliestarkey and @joannaaxinte and Jazz Singh from Future Leaders for helping me to put the event on.

I enjoyed the event thoroughly - great introduction to the subject and left me eager to learn more. (Which is why I'm here now - took more than a fortnight to get approved, which does worry me a bit, but I trust Steem will solve the bottleneck problem!)
Addendum to the day: My partner and I did a bit more research on the way home and impulsively bought a few "Antshares" each on the back of it... we're both exceedingly happy about it now that they've become "Neo!" Apologies for having to dash off for a train, but we both loved it - incredible day out; hugely informative about the transformative technology that is blockchain. Kudos^10 - keep it up, more people need to be aware of how digital technology is changing the world as we know it.
