Russians Create Free Energy Device! It’s Real!

It's about time the ball gets rolling. Sure they have had free energy machines back in 1850 where Tesla invented free energy machines and was a pioneer on scalar energy. But it's about time somebody releases this information to the public. I think we have been kept in the dark long enough and over payed for electricity and energy, as we do for cell phones and everything else we are made to believe we have to pay for. Anyhow, doesn't surprise me that the Russians are the first to come out with it publicly - hats of to them. For Humanity!!!!!
