Well, to be frank I don't think there will be a loser in this war. The people who game on XBOX will continue to play on XBOX and people who game on PS will play PS - for one simple reason, their friends are on that network.
People who are serious about 4K of 60FPS games are already on the PC anyways, as that can offer both.
