Frame Rates vs Resolution who is going to win the next gen?

Hey guys i am Erki and today i am going to start this debate again as many time this topic is discussed but it is always fun to start a new debate. As we all know that in current gen SONY won over XBOX with the narrative of Resolution and more Power. When XBOX ONE was released it was weak in hardware specifications and PS4 was one the most powerful console of that time. The comparison between these two was always on hype where games were compared by the means of resolution 1080p vs 900p. Last year @E3 2016 Microsoft announced xbox one x as most powerful console ever and now they have 40% more powerful hardware than Sony's recent PS4 Pro. Tables are turned now but biased gaming media also again changing the narrative and speaking shit about Exclusive games library which no doubt PS has. 

In this whole console generation war there is a community who prefers stable games with decent FPS and resolution rather then incomplete and broken releases. Now this post is about opinion whats your preference while playing games as both Sony and M$ are now so much obsessed 4K either its Naive, Dynamic, Upscaled, Simulating or Checkerboard. Do you really believe that resolution is more important over frame rates? is 1080p/60FPS gaming is better than 4K/30FPS? many gamers believe that Role Playing games should stick to the 30FPS because they feel unrealistic and shooter games should go for 60FPS do you support this argument?
