HELPLESS

Lisa stood behind the police van she had brought to the crime scene where a little boy had been taken hostage, as she looks through the binoculars to the top of the building trying to check out the situation. Just then Henry arrived after he had gotten the call from Lisa driving as fast as he could from the police station. Lisa signalled for him to take a look… Henry couldn't believe what he saw through the lens of the binoculars, a ball of terror formed in his stomach, his heart thudded louder and louder..."whats wrong?"... Lisa asked as she noticed a strange reaction from Henry, "that's my son he’s got there"... Henry replied unable to hide the shock in his voice.
"Nobody moves... I repeat do not pull the trigger", he screams at the top of his voice to the other police officers as he tries to figure out a way to save his son from the situation.
"Have you tried getting in touch with the criminal?... As he requested anything?"...Henry inquired, "Negative sire!!!" Lisa answered.
"This is weird", because in situations like this the criminal tries to make a deal for his safety".. Henry said …Lisa raises the binoculars to try and get facial recognition of the criminal but this time she saw that he had worn a bomb around George… "Oh my God!!! ...Sir, you need to see this", what's that? he asked… panic colours his face…George is wearing a bomb!!!. Henry immediately collected the binoculars and looked through it and what he saw made him weak and helpless.
